Group facilitation

Interviewing all the individuals of a group and analyzing the information provided by each person led to discovering the primary problems besetting this department.  While it appeared to be interpersonal conflicts, the source of the problem was actually a lack of explicit processes.  Leslie presented this information in a positive way that supported the team to realign their efforts to accomplish department and organizational goals.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

A call center department  who work remotely and have scant face-to-face interactions was administered the MBTI.  The remote group was brought together to receive the individual and team results of the MBTI analysis.  After a presentation and explanation of the types that comprised this department, the most common statement from the group members was "Now I can see why I do what I do and why others do things differently.  It's not bad, it's just different!"
