A call center department who work remotely and have scant face-to-face interactions was administered the MBTI. The remote group was brought together to receive the individual and team results of the MBTI analysis. After a presentation and explanation of the types that comprised this department, the most common statement from the group members was "Now I can see why I do what I do and why others do things differently. It's not bad, it's just different!"
